SCANLAB IMPROVES CIRCULATION, REDUCES PAIN AND IMPROVES MOBILITY
Effect
Kinetic energy is converted to heat, which is the primary effect of treatment administrated using the Skanlab 25 Bodywave system. Local heat effect is governed by selecting one of three electrode sizes. The skin will be affected through vasodilatation metabolism and increased elasticity in the collagen tissue layers. The same effect is achieved in muscles and joints, with the addition of a change in tone and muscle viscosity. A major benefit for patient is achieved through the stimulation of the thick nerve fibres and increase in transmission speed in the nervous system when
rehabilitation after the damage/injury commences. The patient will feel the warmth very strongly for at least 45 minutes after the treatment with the Skanlab 25
